Write Up

The new A.M.S direction reframes asset management as portfolio intelligence. Instead of only showing records, the system reads the health of the operation: 752 assets across 28 sites, 452 available items, 300 assigned assets, missing purchase costs, photo gaps, category distribution, and status mix.

The interface now supports location-led governance and faster action. Teams can review floors and zones, view assets by location, rename messy entries, merge duplicates, clean up records, import/export data, add assets, scan tags, and jump through the product with a Command K palette built for daily operations.
